Despite your best intentions, inevitably there comes a time when you are simply unable to respond to an alarm activation at your home or business. Whether you are at the movies, out of mobile range or overseas, we can despatch a fully trained and licensed security officer to take care of the situation, without putting the lives of you and your staff at risk.You can count on us to back-you-up, day or night.
Diverse National Coverage
Back2Base has a national network of Response Agents standing by to attend any alarm activations and will be onsite promptly according to Australian Standards. Since we do not rely on a single agent in any one location we can offer a more diverse capability to respond in any situation at any time.
Should a Security Officer arrive to find signs of a break-in, or your premises is unsecured, they will advise us and we will report the event to the relevant authorities. The Security Officer can also attempt to secure the premises or remain on site while arrangements are made to repair any damage.
If you give us authority, then we can contact your nominated repairers on your behalf to fix a broken lock or window.
Alternate response options:
- Video Alarm Verification (VAV): If you have a Video Surveillance System as part of your overall electronic Security Measures then you can take advantage of our Video Alarm Verification Service. Following an alarm activation, rather then incurring the cost of sending a Security Officer.
- Self Service: If you choose one of the Self Service options for response that are a part of either Shared Monitoring or Self-monitoring then you have the option to contact the Priority Alarm Response Centre if you are unable to respond and request that we organise a Security Officer respond on your behalf at any time.
